Truecaller AIK tickets contest
Welcome to the Truecaller AIK Tickets contest ("Contest") organized by True Software Scandinavia AB (“we” or “us”). By entering this Contest, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these carefully.
The Contest is open to residents of Sweden aged 18 and over, except employees of Truecaller, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Contest.
No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a social media account on X (Twitter) are required.
2. How to Enter
To enter, you must (1) Follow @truecaller_se on X (Twitter) (2) Repost the Truecaller contest tweet with the comment describing “What would you do to get the tickets to the derby game?”
The Contest opens on 12 April 2024 at 11:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time) and closes on 19 April 2024 at 23:59 CEST. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
We do not allow posts that in our opinion include inappropriate language or profanity. Such posts will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Contest.
3. Prizes
The prize will consist of two (2) tickets to the AIK-Djurgården football game on 21 April 2024 at 14:00 Nationalarenan, Solna. Five (5) winners will be chosen.
Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Each winner can only receive one prize (2 tickets).
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by our team based on the quality of their entries – we are looking for the most impressive and creative posts. The decision of the panel is final and binding.
Winners will be notified via direct message on X (Twitter) within two (2) days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two (2) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Participants agree that, by entering the Contest, personal data provided (including public profile information on X, published content for the entry, and phone number) will be used by us for the purposes of administering the Contest.

6. Intellectual Property
By entering this Contest, participants grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and publish the photographs submitted in any media for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize.
You are responsible for complying with these terms and for any damages resulting from your failure to comply with the terms.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of True Software Scandinavia AB.
We reserve the right to modify, extend, cancel, or discontinue the Lottery without notice, substitute prizes, or declare the Contest void where prohibited by law, without owing compensation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
